Return and Refund Policy

Training Services:

Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the training start date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training will not be eligible for a refund, but a rescheduling option may be provided.

Property Management Services:

Refunds for management fees are not applicable once services have been rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions.

Property Sales Services:

Deposits for property purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the property agreement.
Any fees associated with listing or marketing properties are non-refundable once services commence.
